Section R19-3-533. Request for Quotation Issuance

The procurement officer shall issue the request for quotation by dis- tributing the request for quotation to a minimum of three small businesses. The procurement officer shall rotate suppliers invited to submit quotations. The procurement officer may cancel the request for quotation at any time.
