Section R19-3-512. Modification or Withdrawal of Offer Before Offer Due Date and Time

A. An offeror may modify or withdraw its offer, in writing, before the offer due date and time.

B. The procurement officer shall place the document submitted by the offeror in the procurement file as a record of the modifi- cation or withdrawal.
