Section R19-3-513. Cancellation of a Solicitation Before Offer Due Date and Time

A. Based on the best interest of the Lottery, the procurement offi- cer may cancel a solicitation before the offer due date and time.
B. The procurement officer shall notify suppliers to whom the procurement officer distributed the solicitation.
C. The procurement officer shall not open offers after cancella- tion. The procurement officer may discard the offer after 30 days from notice of solicitation cancellation, unless the offeror requests the offer be returned.
