Section R9-26-511. Audit of Compliance with Continuing Education Requirement

At the time of license renewal, the Commission shall provide notice of an audit of continuing education records to a random sample of licensees. A licensee subject to a continuing education audit shall submit documentation that demonstrates compliance with the con- tinuing education requirement at the same time the licensee submits the license renewal application form required under R9-26-507.
