Section R17-7-305. Cancellation and Suspension

A.      The following definitions apply to this Section:

1.        “Cancel” has the same meaning as “cancellation” in R17- 7-206.

2.        “Suspend” has the same meaning as “suspension” in R17- 7-206.

B.       The Department may cancel or suspend certification on deter- mination by the Director that a certified individual is no longer qualified for certification under this Chapter, or has committed a material breach of the authorization agreement between the Department and the authorized third party.
