  • All local exchange carriers must provide appropriate interconnec- tion arrangements with other telecommunications companies at rea- sonable prices and under reasonable terms and conditions that do not discriminate against or in favor of any provider, including the local exchange carrier. Appropriate interconnection arrangements shall provide access on an unbundled, nondiscriminatory basis to physical, administrative, and database network components. Local exchange carriers shall provide appropriate interconnection arrangements within six months of receiving a bona fide request for interconnection. The interconnection arrangements must be in the form of a tariff and shall be filed with the Commission for its approval before becoming effective.
