The Commission shall establish an intrastate universal service fund which shall assure the continued availability of basic telephone ser- vice at reasonable rates. The universal service fund shall be struc- tured and administered as required by the Commission.

Historical Note

Adopted effective June 27, 1995, under a court-ordered exemption as determined by the Arizona Corporation Commission (Supp. 95-2).
