Case control measures: A local health agency shall:

1. Conduct an epidemiologic investigation of each reported West Nile virus-related syndrome case or suspect case; and

2. For each case of West Nile virus-related syndrome, sub- mit to the Department, as specified in Article 2, Table 4, the information required under R9-6-206(D).
