  • Case control measures: A local health agency shall:

    1.        Conduct an epidemiologic investigation of each reported ehrlichiosis or anaplasmosis case or suspect case; and

    2.        For each ehrlichiosis or anaplasmosis case, submit to the Department, as specified in Article 2, Table 4, the infor- mation required under R9-6-206(D).
