Case control measures: A local health agency shall:
1. Conduct an epidemiologic investigation of each reported Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease case or suspect case; and
2. For each Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease case, submit to the Department, as specified in Article 2, Table 4, the infor- mation required under R9-6-206(D).
