Section R9-6-308. Basidiobolomycosis

Case control measures: A local health agency shall:
1. Conduct an epidemiologic investigation of each reported basidiobolomycosis case or suspect case; and
2. For each basidiobolomycosis case, submit to the Depart- ment, as specified in Article 2, Table 4, the information required under R9-6-206(D).
