  • A.      The Department licenses child care facilities using the follow- ing service classifications:

    1.        Full-day care;

    2.        Part-day care;

    3.        Evening and nighttime care;

    4.        Infant care;

    5.        One-year-old child care;

    6.        Two-year-old child care;

    7.        Three-year-old, four-year-old, and five-year-old child care;

    8.        School-age child care; and

    9.        Weekend care.

    B.       The Department shall designate on a facility’s license each ser- vice classification that the facility is licensed to provide.

    C.      A licensee shall not provide child care services in a service classification for which the licensee is not licensed.
