This Article establishes process and requirements for a provider or contractor to resolve a claim dispute or request a State Fair Hearing. A contractor is responsible for any functions or responsibilities del egated under a subcontract. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that the subcontractor has the ability to perform the dele gated activities.
