Section R9-34-304. Language and Format of the Notice of Action

The Notice of Action shall be in writing and meet the following lan guage and format requirements:

1. The Notice of Action is available in each non-English language spoken by a significant number or percentage of FFS members as established by contract.

2. The Notice of Action shall explain that free oral interpre tation services are available to explain the Notice of Action for all non-English languages.
