Within three working days after the date AHCCCS receives the case file and information from the contractor concerning an expe dited appeal resolution, AHCCCS shall mail to the enrollee the AHCCCS Director's Decision which results from the State Fair Hearing and the Administrative Law Judge's Recommended Deci sion. AHCCCS shall make reasonable efforts to provide oral notice of the Director's Decision.
