AHCCCS shall mail a Director's Decision to the enrollee no later than 30 days after the date of the Administrative Law Judge's rec ommended decision and within 90 days after the date that the enrollee filed the appeal with the contractor, not including the num ber of days the enrollee took to file for a State Fair Hearing, and days for continuances granted at the enrollee's request.
