Section R9-34-212. Contractor Time-frame for Standard Disposition of a Grievance

For disposition of a grievance, a contractor shall complete disposi tion and provide oral or written notice to the enrollee of the contrac tor's decision within 90 days after the day the contractor receives the grievance.
