Section R9-34-203. Computation of Time

A. Computation of time in calendar days, begins the day after the act event or decision and includes all calendar days and the finl day f the period. Ifthe final day of the period is a week end or legal holiday, the period is extended until the end of the next day that is not a weekend or a legal holiday.

B. Computation of time in working days, begins the day after the act, event or decision and includes all working days.
