Section R9-31-1411. Past Due Payment

A. Past due payment date. A payment is considered past due if the Administration receives the payment after the 15th day of the month.

B. Payment not received. If payment for a month is not received in full by the last working day of the month in which the pay- ment is due, the Administration shall include the past and cur- rent due amounts in the next billing statement.
