A. Within 30 days of a notice of denial from the Director, the applicant or recipient may file a notice of appeal under A.R.S.
§ 41-1092.03 with the Commission. The notice shall identify the party, the party’s address, the agency, the action being appealed, and shall contain a concise statement of the reasons for the hearing.
B. The hearing shall be conducted by the Office of Administra- tive Hearings as prescribed in A.R.S. Title 41, Chapter 6, Arti- cle 10.
