    A.      An applicant or certificate holder shall make an air ambulance available for inspection within Arizona at the request of the Department.

    B.       The Department shall conduct each inspection in compliance with A.R.S. § 41-1009.

    C.      As permitted under A.R.S. § 36-2232(A)(11), upon certificate holder request and at certificate holder expense, the annual inspection of an air ambulance required for renewal of a certif- icate of registration may be conducted by a Department- approved inspection facility.
