3). Former Section R9-22-406 adopted as an emergency now adopted and amended as a permanent rule effective August 30, 1982 (Supp. 82-4). Former Section R9-22- 406 repealed, new Section R9-22-406 adopted as an emergency effective February 23, 1983, pursuant to

A.R.S. § 41-1003, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 83-1). Former Section R9-22-316 repealed, new Section R9-22- 316 adopted as a permanent rule effective May 16, 1983; text of the Section identical to the emergency (Supp. 83-

3). Amended effective January 31, 1986 (Supp. 86-1).
