Section R9-22-308. Reinstating Eligibility

  • The Administration or its designee shall reopen an application or reinstate eligibility of a member when any of the following condi- tions are met:

    1.        The denial or discontinuance of eligibility was due to an administrative error,

    2.        The discontinuance of eligibility was due to noncompli- ance with a condition of eligibility and the applicant or member complies prior to the effective date of the discon- tinuance,

    3.        The member informs the Administration or its designee of a change of circumstances prior to the effective date of the discontinuance, that would allow for continued eligi- bility, or

    4.        Following a discontinuance, the member qualifies for continuation of medical coverage pending an appeal.
