A. Effective date of enrollment. A member’s date of enrollment is the date enrollment action is taken by the Administration. However, if a plan change occurs for an annual enrollment choice, the effective date is the month of the member’s enroll- ment anniversary date.

B. Financial liability of the contractor. The contractor shall be financially liable for an enrolled member’s care as specified in contract.
