Section R9-2-103. Individual Responsibilities

A. An individual shall not smoke tobacco in an area of a public place or place of employment where smoking is prohibited by A.R.S. § 36-601.01 or R9-2-102(A).
B. An individual in an area of a public place or place of employ- ment where smoking is prohibited by A.R.S. § 36-601.01 or R9-2-102(A) shall stop smoking immediately when requested to stop smoking by the proprietor of the public place or a place of employment.
