In this Article, unless otherwise specified:

1.        “AzMUA” means Arizona medically underserved area.

2.        “Encounter” means an incident during which a primary care provider provides health care.

3.        “RPPCPLRP” means Rural Private Primary Care Pro- vider Loan Repayment Program.
