Section R9-15-216. Liquidated Damages for Failure to Complete Full Term of Service under the Contract

A. A primary care provider who fails to complete the full term of service under the contract shall pay to the Department the liq- uidated damages owed under A.R.S. § 36-2172(J), unless the primary care provider receives a waiver of the liquidated dam- ages under R9-15-218.
B. A primary care provider shall pay the liquidated damages to the Department within one year of termination of service under the contract or within one year of the end of a suspen- sion granted under R9-15-217, whichever is later.
