Section R9-14-614. Air and Stack Compliance Testing

A licensee for a laboratory at which air or stack compliance testing is performed shall ensure that each air or stack sample for Arizona compliance testing is analyzed using an approved method:

1. Listed under Exhibit I, Table 1, Section D, Air and Stack Parameters; or

2. Approved by the Department for air or stack compliance testing under R9-14-610(C).
