its A and B initially adopted as part of the emergency amendment now adopted as part of the permanent rule (Supp. 82-5). Amended as an emergency effective 12:00 midnight, May 20, 1984, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1003, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 84-3). Amended as a per- manent rule effective August 27, 1984.
