Adopted prior to codification November 1974. Amended as an emergency effective July 19, 1982, pursuant to

A.R.S. § 41-1003, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 82-4). Amended as a permanent rule effective October 25, 1982; text of the amended rule similar to the emergency (Supp.

82-5). Former Section R9-14-416 renumbered and amended as R9-14-406 effective March 3, 1987 (Supp. 87-1). Former Section R9-14-406 renumbered to R9-14- 405, new Section R9-14-406 renumbered from R9-14- 407 and amended effective August 27, 1992 (Supp. 92-3).
