Section R9-14-102. Laboratory Standing Orders

A laboratory shall only perform a test based on a laboratory stand- ing order if the laboratory standing order:

1.        Specifies:

a.         The licensed practitioner's name, type of license, and licensing state;

b.        The patient's name;

c.         The date of the laboratory standing order;

d.        One or more tests; and

e.         The frequency of testing; and

2.        Is dated no more than one year before the date of the test.
