Adopted as an emergency effective November 29, 1983 pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1003, valid for only 90 days (Supp. 83-6). Emergency expired. Former Section R9-13- 1415 renumbered and amended as permanent rule R9-13- 1413 effective March 19, 1984 (Supp. 84-2).
