Historical Note

1. Calibrated every 12 months according to manufacturer’s specifications; and

2. Inspected within 24 hours before use to ensure that:

a. The calibration complies with manufacturer’s specifications,

b. No obstruction is in the probe microphone, and

c. The test signal is present.
