In this Article, unless otherwise specified:
1. “CPT code” means a code from Current Procedural Ter- minology, a HCPCS coding system used primarily to identify medical services and procedures provided by medical practitioners.
2. “Emergency department discharge report” means a docu- ment that meets the requirements of A.R.S. § 36-125.05 and contains the information required in R9-11-502.
3. “HCPCS” means the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System used by a hospital for billing for hospital services or commodities provided to an outpatient as defined in A.A.C. R9-10-201.
