Section R9-1-412. Physical Plant Health and Safety Codes and Stan- dards

A.      The following physical plant health and safety codes and stan- dards are incorporated by reference as modified, are on file with the Department, and include no future editions or amend- ments:

1.        Guidelines for Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities (2010 ed.), published by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and available from The Facil- ity Guidelines Institute at www.fgiguidelines.org;

2.        The following National Fire Codes (2012), published by and available from the National Fire Protection Associa- tion, 1 Batterymarch Park, Quincy, MA 02269, and at www.nfpa.org/catalog:

a.        NFPA70 National Electrical Code,

b.        NFPA101 Life Safety Code, and

c.        2012 Supplements;
