Section R7-6-770. Building Structural Soundness

A school facility must be structurally sound. A school facility shall be considered structurally sound if the building presents no immi- nent danger or major visible signs of decay or distress, and the remaining life expectancy of the building structure appears to be at least a minimum of three years.
