A. Each classroom at a school facility shall have Internet access, at least through a network modem. Each school must have available either on a school basis or on a district-wide basis a firewall and filtering software. Each school facility shall have at least one network multimedia computer, available for stu- dent use, for every eight students, on a school wide network. Computer equipment is subject to assessment under R7-6-765(A)(1) and (2).
B. A multimedia computer is defined as a computer that has sound, CD-ROM, a keyboard, a monitor, and a pointing device.
C. Until June 30, 2005, each ASDB campus shall have an appli- cation service provider, coupled with an adequate variety of instructional software.
D. When five or more students are provided instruction remotely, at least one classroom in each school facility shall be equipped for distance learning activities, including video conferencing capable of supporting 30 frames per second.
