  • A.      Computation of the gross square footage of a school facility may be by physical measure or by calculation based on archi- tectural plan documents.

    B.       The gross square footage of a school facility equals all space within the facility excluding space used for district administra- tive purposes.

    C.      The gross square footage of a district shall equal the sum of the gross square footage of each school facility in the district.

    D.      The minimum gross square footage of a district equals the sum of the products of the students in each grade or program for preschool children with disabilities or kindergarten program multiplied by the minimum adequate gross square footage requirements per pupil, applicable to the district for such grade or program.

    E.       For the purpose of assessment of minimum gross square foot- age, the number of children in all grades and kindergarten shall be evenly distributed across all grades and kindergarten served by the district.
