A school facility shall have a space capable of being used for stu- dent assembly sufficient to accommodate one-third of the student body, which shall be the same size or larger than an average class- room at the facility. The space must be equal to at least seven square feet multiplied by one-third of the student body. This space may have more than one function and may fulfill more than one guideline requirement (cafeteria and/or indoor physical education).
