Section R7-3-405. Termination of Award

A.       Student financial assistance shall be terminated if:

1.        A student has withdrawn from the PFAP program; or

2.        A student has been dismissed from the institution for aca- demic or other reasons; or

3.        A student is not in attendance for more than 12 consecu- tive months.

B.       The remaining student financial assistance award money des- ignated for that student shall no longer be available to that stu- dent. This money shall be available for awards to other eligible students.
