The purpose of the Arizona Private Postsecondary Education Stu- dent Financial Assistance Program is to enhance the educational opportunities of citizens wishing to attend Arizona private postsec- ondary colleges or universities by providing financial assistance to eligible students attending eligible postsecondary institutions.
