A rule adopted by the Commission becomes effective when a certi- fied original and two copies of the rule are delivered to the Office of the Secretary of State unless a later date is required by the constitu- tion of Arizona, statute, or court order, or as specified in the rule.

Historical Note

Adopted effective August 22, 1996, under an exemption from the Administrative Procedure Act pursuant to A.R.S. § 15-1852(C) (Supp. 96-3).
