Section R7-2-1195. Contract Controversies

A. Under a cooperative purchasing agreement in which a school district is a party, controversies arising between an administer- ing public procurement unit and its bidders, offerors or con- tractors shall be resolved in accordance with Articles 10 and 11.
B. Any local public procurement unit which is not subject to R7- 2-1181 through R7-2-1185 may enter into an agreement with a school district to establish procedures or use such school dis- trict's existing procedures to resolve controversies with con- tractors, whether or not such controversy arose from a cooperative purchasing agreement.
