  • A.      If the school district proposes debarment, the school district shall notify the person and affected affiliates in writing within seven days of the proposed debarment by any means evidenc- ing receipt, which notice shall indicate that a hearing shall be scheduled, if requested, in accordance with R7-2-1181 as con- tested cases.

    B.       The notice of debarment shall state:

    1.        The basis for debarment;

    2.        The period, including dates, of the debarment;

    3.        That bids or proposals shall not be solicited or accepted from the person and, if received, will not be considered; and

    4.        That the person is entitled to a hearing on the suspension if the person files a written request for a hearing with a designated district  representative within 10 days after receipt of the notice.
