Section R7-2-1162. Initiation of Debarment

Upon receipt of information concerning a possible cause for debar- ment, the school district shall investigate the possible cause. If the school district has a reasonable basis to believe that a cause for debarment exists, the school district may propose debarment under R7-2-1164.
