Section R7-2-1153. Remedies

If the hearing officer sustains the appeal in whole or part and deter- mines that a solicitation, a determination that a proposal is unac- ceptable, proposed award, or award does not comply with Articles 10 and 11, remedies shall be implemented pursuant to R7-2-1146.
