A. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of Articles 10 and 11, a school district shall not enter into a contract to provide con- struction-manager-at-risk construction services, design-build construction services or job-order-contracting construction services.

B. The prohibitions prescribed in subsection (A) do not prohibit a school district from providing construction for itself as pro- vided by law.
