Section R7-2-1025. Pre-bid Conferences

A. The school district may conduct a pre-bid conference to explain the procurement requirements.

B. If a pre-bid conference is conducted, it shall be not less than seven days before the bid due date and time, unless the school district makes a written determination that the specific needs of the procurement justify a shorter time. Statements made during a pre-bid conference are not amendments to the solici- tation.
