A.      Specifications and any written determination or other docu- ment generated or used in the development of a specification shall be available for public inspection pursuant to A.R.S. § 39-121, except to the extent that the withholding of such infor- mation is permitted or required by law.

B.       If the supplier believes that the specifications contain confi- dential trade secrets, test data, or similar information, a state-

ment advising the school district of this fact shall accompany the specification in accordance with R7-2-1006.

C.      Qualified products lists test results shall be made available in a manner to protect the identity of the supplier.
