Section R7-2-1012. Proprietary Specifications

The school district shall not use specifications in any way propri- etary to one supplier unless the specification includes a statement of the reasons why no other specification is practicable, a description of the essential characteristics of the specified product and a state-

ment specifically permitting an acceptable alternative product to be supplied.
